This recall affects roughly 6,100 pairs of shoes in the United States and 700 pairs in Canada. The recall was initiated after the company discovered that the heels of these shoes lean to either side and pose a significant fall hazard to consumers. The shoes are faux patent leather with a three-inch heel, open toes and a decorative faux leather box on the instep. The shoes were available in gray, nude, scarlet and black and can be identified otherwise by the “Naturalizer” logo inside the shoe along with the stock numbers. These shoes were available in Naturalizer retail stores across the nation from July through November of this year.
